I brought my car in because of a recall for the airbag on my 2012 Dodge Charger. The airbag warning light is still on! I asked why the light was still on and was told it could be any reason. To know for sure I would need to pay $161 for a diagnostic test! This should have been resolved since there was a recall. Obviously safety is NOT A PRIORITY with this establishment! LuCillia Caudle
I’d highly recommend bringing your car to Quality Chrysler only if you enjoy having your time wasted and feeling like you’ve been taken advantage of.
The service experience was beyond frustrating, capped off by an interaction with the service manager, Jameson Clark, who actually told me, “I guess today you’ll learn a life lesson.” He was right — the lesson I learned is to never do business with Quality Chrysler again.

This place is nothing but a money gouging, scam. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Not only was I so ridiculously overcharged for my vehicle that I couldn't even get it refinanced (until one company felt so bad for me they wanted to help get me out of it), but they also have tried to charge me $300 to change my back windshield wiper blade. Then this week, my car wouldn't start so I took it up there where they informed me my battery was bad, and told me they would change that battery for $600+. After ... Read More

I have been a mechanic for a long time, but now I am too old to do the work. That is the worst people I have ever delt with. Moe was so rude and at one point I could have punched him in the mouth. He told me lie after lie and I knew he was lying. I am disabled and can't do a lot but he didn't care. I would never bring a car back up there to have anything done to it. They kept the car for 5 weeks and it still wasn't right. Jack Spear
Quality Chrysler Parts and Service Department Stinks!!! Appt 2:00PM, May 18, 2023. Came from outer town and part was never ordered. Tried to talk me into Diagnostic on May 12 and I declined and said just want the A/C Heater blower module installed and an appt. Made me an appt for the next week. Mo kept after me to have Diagnostic, $139 and I, again, said NO on May 12 and 18. Just wanted the part installed and return the old part to me. Buyer beware! The finance department will attempt to scam you and steal your money. I have bought many new cars. I know how it works. The finance guy, Mike Bell, was walking through all of the paperwork on their big fancy desk screen. I told him up front very clearly that I did not want any extras. He said, absolutely not. No problem. He then rushed through the screens with additional warranty, tire maintenance package, etc. I asked about them and told him I didn't want them. With an appointment I waited 3 hours. To make up time, they did poor workmanship. Leading me back for 2 more hours the next week.
This is my fourth new car I purchased from Quality need I say more. Friendly knowledgeable straight forward sales persons .Great deals. Good service. They spent as much time as needed with me going over new technology in my Maxima. Excellent post sale they do not disappear once they make a sale.
